Mosaic Community Care Inc. is a not for profit organisation based in
the Perth suburb of O’Connor, Western Australia.
Mosaic is a multi-disciplinary service provider currently providing
services to people with an intellectual and/or physical disability, and
increasingly providing services to people in the broader community.
Established in 1992, Mosaic has grown to be a dynamic organisation
employing in excess of 80 staff in a variety of locations across the Perth
metropolitan area. |

Mosaic Community Care Inc.
currently provides
services to nine shared accommodation homes in the southern metropolitan
area: Dawson House, Greenwich House, Dorchester House, Logwood House, McKenzie House, Ravenglass
House, Regal House, Scotford House and Reserve Road. As part of Mosaic’s
ongoing strategy, we are working towards providing additional opportunities for
independent living and respite facilities for prospective
Service Users.
