Mosaic Community Care is a not for profit organisation based in the Perth suburb of O’Connor, Western Australia. Mosaic is a multi-disciplinary service provider currently providing services to people with an intellectual and/or physical disability, and increasingly providing services to people in the broader community. Established in 1992, Mosaic has grown to be a dynamic organisation employing in excess of 80 staff in a variety of locations across the Perth metropolitan area.
