Mosaic Community Care Inc. (Mosaic) is a not for profit organisation based in
the Perth suburb of O’Connor, Western Australia.
Mosaic is a multi-disciplinary service provider currently providing
services to people with an intellectual and/or physical disability, and
increasingly providing services to people in the broader community.
Established in 1992, Mosaic has grown to be a dynamic organisation
employing in excess of 80 staff in a variety of locations across the Perth
metropolitan area. |

Mosaic currently provides services to twelve supported homes in the
greater south metropolitan area: Medina, Bertram, Baldivis x 2, Warnbro,
Waikiki, Port Kennedy, Samson, Canning Vale, Thornlie, Kenwick x 2 . Our
Spearwood site is currently under redevelopment. As part of Mosaic’s ongoing
strategy, we are working towards providing additional opportunities for
independent living and respite facilities for pros-pective service users.
